A beautiful town nestled in the great Boreal forest of Canada. Located nearly at the mouth of the Winnipeg River as it enters the overwhelmingly large Lake Winnipeg, Pine Falls has been renown world-wide for it's Walleye fishing. Home to the Canadian Walleye Championship, a small realitively unknown tournament in it's 6th year.

Located 132 km NE of Winnipeg, it boasts an ever dwindling population now estimated at 1,400. Brought about by the loss of both Generation X and Generation Y, partially due to the dramatic job losses at the town's primary employer, a Pulp and Paper mill nearing it's expiration date.
